Questions

Do you charge a booking fee?

No. You pay the seller's price. When you book through our links the seller may pay us a commission, which doesn't change your price.

Are the club tickets official?

Yes. Ticket links go to Clubtickets, the official seller for [UNVRS], Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza. We don't resell tickets.

Who do I contact about a booking?

The company you booked with: the airline or agent for flights, Booking.com for hotels and Clubtickets for tickets. Your confirmation email has their contact details.

When are the 2027 party dates announced?

Usually in January to March. We update the calendar as each club confirms its dates.
