Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data is handled when you visit ibizapartyflights.co.uk. The short version: we don't ask for your details, we don't create accounts, and partner cookies are only used if you accept them.

Who is responsible

The data controllers are Carolina del Carmen Oliveros Marcano and Rubén Millán, the partners who run Ibiza Party Flights from Spain. Contact: hello@ibizapartyflights.co.uk.

What data is handled

• The trip planner. The party, airport, dates and number of guests you choose are used only in your browser to build the link to the seller. They are not sent to us or stored by us.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure. Netlify acts on our behalf.
• Fonts. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• Emails. If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed, normally within 12 months.

Legal basis

We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (server logs and fonts), and on your request when you contact us (emails).

When you leave our website

Our links take you to other companies, such as Aviasales, Kiwi.com, Booking.com, Clubtickets, Kiwitaxi, Localrent, AirHelp and GetYourGuide. When you visit or book with them, they collect and use your data under their own privacy and cookie policies, including tracking which website sent you so they can pay us a commission. We don't receive your personal details or payment details from them.

If you click Accept in our cookie notice, we also load a script from Travelpayouts, our affiliate network, which may set cookies to attribute bookings to us. If you click Reject, it isn't loaded. Details are in our cookie policy.

International transfers

Netlify and Google may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. They use legal safeguards approved for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy. Email hello@ibizapartyflights.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).

Changes

If we add new features, for example a newsletter or visitor statistics, we will update this page first.
